Honestly not sure why the negative reviews here. They are organized, lots ofseats, ascreen that tells you how long and what's your wait time. Yes itcan behectic however cut these people slack!

The sign-in system iseasy. The staff ispolite and nice from the front desk people tothe lab techs. Itis nice they give you atime and you can see where you are inthe queue. Ona Tuesday afternoon mywait was 15minutes. Wehung out inthe hallway which isnice and airy. All the staff wears masks. Assomeone who has multiple health problems Idon't need tobe concerned about getting Covid not matter how mild itmightbe. Iam going again tomorrow ona Saturday soI will see what that islike.… – show

It's true, some days there are long waits because they service somany people. The new sign insystem isreally good and you have anidea ofhour wait time now and where you are inthe queue. They are open 7days aweek which isvery helpful for people who don't live toofar. The phlebotomist Ihave encountered mylast 5visits have been wonderful including the trainee (Herrera) Ijustsaw.

I had avery good experience with Joe during myurine test atthe UCLA medical lab yesterday. Joe did agreatjob, hewas very professional, patient, friendly and kind, helping mewith mydifficulties, Iwas sotouched! Iam very grateful for his help!

I can't say anything bad about doctors Iever visited inUCLA. Highly competent and professional! Iwas not happy with that person who scheduled myappointment. They tell you that anappointment isscheduled but for real itisnot! Iknow itis not atragedy but some people come from FAR AWAY! You made amistake, itisok, everyone can make amistake but ifyou did that, fix that! For example, pay back tovisitors for their gas expenses, and itwill behonest and respectful!!!!!!!!!! Idon't think Iwant too much!… – show

I have had toget bloodwork done several times and have gone tothis lab todoso. All the staff Ihave worked with are great. The phlebotomy team isamazing and are really kind. Ihave had nothing but great experiences.

Avoid unless you have amazing insurance. Ipaid out ofpocket for typical bloodwork and was told the charge would bearound $240. Got abill for over $1300. Hospitals operate like cartels inthis country, don't trust any rate they promiseyou. Ofcourse you can't get the bill inwriting before hand, they just decide whatever they want tocharge you after.

Phlebotomists are very slow asa group (poor management). There seems tobe alot ofgaps between patients. 9stations and still there are only 2or 3that are active.

There was nowait and the front was very courteous (reason for 1star). Monick Thomas the phlebotomist took meback and was very rude from the first encounter, she did not greet medidn't say how areyou. Iunderstand it's aholiday (mother's day) and she didn't want tobe there, but neither didI. She asks memy date ofbirth and then myname she then says with anattitude that there isno order inthe computer. Isaid, “that's weird Ijust talked tomydoc....” She cuts meoff and says, “THERE'S NOORDER INTHE COMPUTER” and repeats herself several times. Isaid “oh okwell maybe wecan call mydoctor?” She rudely says noit's Sunday, Iasked ifshe could page her and she said she's not gonna answer its Sunday. She ends upgetting ahold ofthe doctor and takes meback and begins toscold mefor “blaming her” soI told her Idid not feel comfortable with her drawing myblood. Overall ahorrible experience, Thank God I'm not afraid ofneedles but Icannot imagine her being acalming source inthat kind ofsituation. Absolutely despicable she should not beemployed there!… – show
