@CenturyLink thanks a lot for selling to Brightspeed. Since October my internet has been down more than up. It has been down since 12/04 and isn't expected to be fixed before 6pm on 12/07. Ridiculous.

I am so furious. I hate @CenturyLink and the @CenturyLinkHelp with the fire of 20 suns. My internet suddenly stopped working and they can't fix it until 12/21?!?!?!

Serious issues with @CenturyLinkHelp and @CenturyLink and it appears I'm far from alone - a bit of a BBB report in the morning and I hope others will follow suit. They were a good outfit for internet until recently - now hours hold time, get hung up on, chat disconnected etc

@CenturyLinkHelp DSL is just bad for gaming. Latency cannot be fixed. I have to wait for fiber optic but who knows when you will offer it here. I can only play games when I’m the only one using the Wi-Fi.

@CenturyLink cycled the ripper, cycled the modem, still no internet.Don't worry, this will be the last time you will ever have to try to fix it.

@CenturyLink On the phone with your tech support for almost an hour and have now been placed on hold indefinitely. Why can't you stop gaslighting your customers and just dispatch a technician when the issue is clearly on your end?

@CenturyLink what a horrible experience trying to set up service for my elderly FIL who is resident in the MN Veterans Home. On the phpne for over 4 hrs talking to multiple CS PEOPLE since tues and still cant get it set up!!! Super rude staff. #DOBETTER

@LokiAndGambit @CenturyLink @DIRECTV DirecTV doesn't give a **** about its customers. They once drained my father's bank account the second he got his Social Security deposit for an overdue bill that had been an issue before my mom passed and he was left scrambling. And they'd been with them since the 90s.

@CenturyLinkHelp customer service reps continue to hang up on us we never knew what was going on or and couldn't go into the office because they kept saying a service technician was coming. And they didn't even know what was wrong with it they couldn't figure it out.
